Tuesday March 12:
· Kick Off Party
· 7 pm: Traditional Irish Music, DJ, Complimentary Hot & Cold Buffet
Wednesday March 13:
· 3pm: Traditional Irish Music
· 7pm: DJ, Live Music in the Gathering Room, Complimentary Hot & Cold Buffet
· All Irish Bar Owners & Staff are Invited to vote on the “Irish Queen of the New York Gathering” (Contestants must be of Irish Heritage.)
Thursday March 14:
· 3pm: Traditional Irish Music
· 6pm: The “Irish King of the New York Gathering” Contest
· 7pm: DJ, Live Music in the Gathering Room, Complimentary Hot & Cold Buffet
Friday March 15:
· 3pm: Traditional Irish Music
· 7pm: DJ, Live Music in the Gathering Room, Complimentary Hot & Cold Buffet
Saturday March 16:
· Party and Marching Day for The Whole World!
Sunday March 17:
· St. Patrick’s Day!
· 3pm: Traditional Irish Music
· 5pm: Crowning of the “Irish King & Queen of the New York Gathering” Celebration
· 7pm: DJ, Complimentary Hot & Cold Buffet
Monday March 18:
· All Counties Invited to a Farewell Party for All of Our Irish Brothers & Sisters , Thanking them for Their Generosity & Love
Fundraising Details:
A special area at the front of the restaurant will be allocated for fundraising. Donations can be made on line or by check payable to The Children’s Medical & Research Foundation. Cash will be accepted & recorded. An outside banner will post the amounts raised on a daily basis. T-shirts and other memorabilia will be available at all times. Amounts raised will help open the New Cardiac Unit and refurbish the Cancer Unit due to open by Autumn 2013. All entertainment and food will be funded by the Black Sheep Restaurant. Together, let us all earn, “One Million Miles of Smiles from the Kids Forever.”
