A lot of New Yorkers are talking shit about “Shit New Yorkers Say”. Written & starring Eliot Glazer, and featuring his sister Ilana Glazer, “Shit New Yorkers Say” is another take on the viral video “Shit Girls Say“, which was itself an extension of the twitter account turned TV show, “Shit My Dad Says“.
It has already been viewed millions of times on Youtube. Some other New Yorkers created their own version, with an older, more local point of view: “Shit Native New Yorkers Say”. Written & directed by Carolyn Castiglia & Anthony DeVito, with co-writer Jenny Rubin, it provides an equally accurate point of view.
New York 1 anchor Pat Kiernan gets a shout-out in the closing line in the Glazer clip. A Canadian that has been anchoring New York 1’s cable news for 15 years, Pat responds with his own: “Shit Pat Kiernan Says”:
