Summer time in New York means outdoor drinking. But on days like today, with temperatures threatening to reach triple digits, you may be better off staying indoors. And if you are inside in this heat, you had better have air conditioning.

Hotel bars in NYC have become very popular nightlife destinations. You know a hotel will maintain a comfortable environment for its guests, so expect their AC to be in top shape.
