The Liberty
The Liberty is a 4,000 square foot bar set over two levels, with soaring 18 foot ceilings. The décor is inspired by two iconic New York spaces, The Lobby of The Rockefeller Centre and the now defunct Cloud Club at The Chrysler Building. The space’s focal point is the 34 foot long black granite bar that runs through the center of the space.
The venue is a marriage of the classic and the contemporary of New York. The Liberty is inspired by New York’s iconic venues of old; where the décor was tasteful and restrained, the barman welcoming and the drinks excellent.
The Liberty is open from 12noon for lunch, Happy Hour from 3pm until 8pm, $1 oyster specials and seasonal drink offers. The dining menu includes gluten free and vegetarian options.
