We are shocked and saddened to learn of the sudden passing of Brian Monaghan.
Brian was from Bay Ridge and lived in Long Beach, NY. A retired NYPD officer, he was well known in the New York Irish music scene as he was enjoying a second career as a talented musician and entertainer. He has played all over town, but is particularly well known in Bay Ridge, Breezy Point, Rockaway and Long Beach.
