TriBeCa is an historic neighborhood in Lower Manhattan, named for “Triangle Below Canal Street” formed by the boundaries of Canal St., Broadway, Chambers St. & The Hudson River. Since 1992, the neighborhood has been home to the Tribeca Film Festival.
