Sheriff Bob’s Gaslight Revival at 116 MacDougal

Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month the Gaslight Cafe presents Sheriff Bob’s Gaslight Revival, an exciting concert series that brings New York’s greatest folk, bluegrass, and country musicians together to bring a fantastic night of music. In the 1960’s, the Gaslight Cafe was a haven of folk musicians, bringing names like Bob Dylan, Tom Paxton, Dave Van Ronk and Richie Havens to New York’s Greenwich Village, and the Gaslight Revival brings New York’s rich folk tradition back to the foreground. Each concert will feature a house band made up of a who’s who of traditional music accompanying a slew of special guest artists and featured bands.
