A Benefit for New York Shellfish Restoration Projects

Featuring pristine fresh-out-of-the-water oysters generously donated by nine oyster farms from the East End of Long Island:
Great Gun Shellfish, Founders Oysters, Peconic Gold Oysters, Noyack Oysters, Cornell Oysters, Widow’s Hole Oysters, West Robins Oyster Co., Harbor Lights Oyster Co., and Southold Bay Oysters.
the event will benefit and bring awareness to two initiatives working to protect our waters:
The Billion Oyster Project
and
SPAT (Southold Projects in Aquaculture Training).
