Home Brewers Symposium Meeting

Ever wonder how great beer is made? Ever wonder who makes it? For the last two years Dive Bar has been proud to sponsor a home brewers club whose members are brewers that brew in small apartments. These fine brewers work in small kitchens and cramped spaces; sometimes driving their spouses or partners crazy by filling their apartments with refrigerators, carboys, brew kettles, hops and yeast and allowing their beers to ferment and cool on fire escapes. The one thing that I know about my home brewers is that beside their love of great brews and fine spirits; they have a willingness to share ideas. If you have a desire to create beer or cider or questions about home brewing… for the price of a pitcher you can come and introduce yourself to the boys and girls of barley, hops, and wheat and ask as many questions as you would like.
