Niall O’Leary presents… 

A fundraising event organized by and in aid of the Niall O’Leary School of Irish Dance.

The Marathon goes from 2.30pm to 2.30am on Saturday September 14, dancing in as many Manhattan bars as possible in one day. Each performance features 7 minutes of high-energy Irish dance featuring champion dancer Niall O’Leary and students from the school. All dancers, parents, relatives, nosey neighbors and friends are invited to join us, even if not dancing.

See below for full list of venues: Starting at 2.30pm sharp in Baker Street Irish Bar, First Ave, and 63rd Street, and ending in a big dance party in Paddy Reilly’s 519 2nd Ave. (29th Street) at 11pm, with a final stop at O’Lunney’s Times Square Pub, 145 W. 45th Street. This unique event is a fundraiser for costumes and travel for dancers in the Niall O’Leary School of Irish Dance. It is our biggest fundraising event of the year.  After the performance in each bar, a hat is passed around. You can be part of this great annual event by coming along to one of the bars and making a contribution!
