Joe Hurley & The Gents – Annual December Concert

Joe Hurley & The Gents will play their annual December concert at Joe’s Pub, Tuesday, Dec. 7th, 2010. Joe is a friend and MurphGuide reader, so he is offering a special drawing for his fellow MurphGuide readers that attend the show…
All advance ticket buyers can enter a drawing to win copies of Keith Richards’ new audio book, “LIFE”, voiced by Johnny Depp, Joe Hurley and Keith. Just mention MurphGuide at door and your name goes into a separate hat for a MurphGuide drawing winner. (Please bring your email confirmation, to enter the drawing, since it is for advance ticket buyers only). Winners announced onstage that night.

Other giveaways – a chance to win a signed copy of Hurley’s recent literary/musical project w/ National Book Award winner Colum McCann, their CD based on his novel “Let The Great World Spin.”

This is the last Joe Hurley & The Gents show for some time, so we hope to see you there. They will be performing old & new tunes, a little “salt of the earth”, and a stroll to the corner of Cash & Clash. Also “Irish Breakfast in a Greek Diner” (single coming out in March, 2011) and Hurley’s Christmas classic “Amsterdam Mistress.”
