Bloom’s Day 2018 in NYC

jamesjoyceBloom’s Day commemorates James Joyce’s epic novel, Ulysses* and the exploits of the main character, Leopold Bloom. It is celebrated worldwide on June 16, the anniversary Bloom’s journey through Dublin on that day in 1904.

While it originated in Dublin, New York City is among many cities around the world that be holding Bloomsday observances. Literary New Yorkers have several options in celebrating the 114th anniversary of Bloom’s Day.
