Repeal Day, December 5, commemorates the anniversary of the ratification of the 21st amendment in 1933, which repealed the 18th amendment, thus officially ending Prohibition in the United States.

Eighty years later, it is a cause for celebration. Repeal Day® is a registered trademark of the Museum of the American Cocktail,  The concept of celebrating Repeal Day is championed by Portland, OR journalist & mixologist  Jeffrey Morganthaler.
