Digital journal ads will be continuously displayed on large screens throughout the night.
$200 includes your color ad displaying on rotation throughout the evening.Artwork requirements:

  • Ad side:  1920px X 1080px (Powerpoint Landscape Widescreen, 16:9)
  • JPG (preferred), PNG or PDF
  • Resolution: no less than 300 dpi
  • If you create your ad in PowerPoint, be sure to use the 16:9 Widescreen format and export as a JPG file

Submission deadline: All ads should be submitted no later than Monday, April 22.

Directions to Hofstra University Club:
1000 Hempstead Turnpike, Uniondale, NY
Campus entrance is at Hempstead Turnpike (a.k.a. Rt. 24) & Hofstra Blvd.  David S. Mack Hall is on the right side just past the guard booth. Signs will direct you to available parking.

From Meadowbrook Parkway:
Take Exit 4M West (Hempstead Turnpike/Route 24).  Follow Hempstead Turnpike (Route 24) west to Hofstra, approximately 1 ½ miles. Turn right at the light before 2nd Unispan (pedestrian bridge), entering North Campus.

From New York City:
Long Island Expressway East to Exit 38 (Northern Parkway) to Meadowbrook Parkway South (Exit 31A). Continue with the above directions from the Meadowbrook Parkway.

From Eastern Long Island:
Northern State Parkway to Meadowbrook Parkway South (Exit 31A) or Southern State Parkway to Meadowbrook Parkway North (Exit22N). Proceed on Meadowbrook Parkway to Exit M4 West (Hempstead Turnpike/Route 24). Continue with the above directions from the Meadowbrook Parkway.
