The UEFA European Cup Football Championship Tournament takes place this year in Poland and The Ukraine, starting June 8 and finishing July 1, 2012.
The 16 teams that qualified are: Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine.
After a month-long tournament, it is down to Spain vs. Italy.
