N.I.T. Championship at MSG

nit-logoThe lesser-known part of March Madness is the National Invitation Tournament (N.I.T.).  Once the premier college basketball tournament in the country, it is now more of a consolation for the country’s best teams that did not make it into the big dance, the NCAA Championship.

The N.I.T. had a 32-team bracket and are down to the final four:

Tuesday, March 27, 2018
(2) Utah 69, (4) Western Kentucky 64
(4) Penn State 75, (4) Mississippi State 60

Thursday, March 29, 2018 – 7pm
Championship game
Penn State 82, Utah 66
