Shutdown Ranger Ramble at Slattery’s

January 30, 2019 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Shutdown Ranger Ramble

If you love U.S. and New York City history, come to this special night of talks led by men and women who would normally be working at local National Parks but cannot due to the government shutdown.

They have decades of experience interpreting history to the public, tonight they will interpret for us in a cozy Irish pub. Enjoy a pint (or more) as we listen to tales about some of our most famous New Yorkers, including U.S. Grant, Teddy Roosevelt, and names you might not know. We bring the rangers to you; all of the proceeds from ticket sales will go to them.

We will have a lively discussion about history, plus raffle prizes, trivia quiz, giveaways, and more.
Bring your friends and help support those who would like to be back at work in uniform

$20 in advance [tickets], $25 at door.
