Coney Island Polar Bear Club New Year’s Day Celebration

Join the Coney Island Polar Club for their traditional New Year’s Day celebration.
Meet on the Boardwalk at Stillwell Avenue at noon with your bathing suit, some surf boots or old sneakers and plenty of warm clothes.
Changing facilities are provided by the NYC Parks Department.
Swim at 1pm sharp. Arrive early to take advantage of all the pre-swim activities.

The Coney Island Polar Bear Club supports local charities.
$25 suggested donation to benefit local Coney Island organizations including the NY Aquarium and the Alliance for Coney Island.

Special edition pint glass and commemorative long sleeve t-shirt to all participants who raise over $100 courtesy of Coney Island Brewery.
