Tonight, the NYC comedy scene kicks off the year with the annual 50 First Jokes, now in its 9th year. Producers John F. O’Donnell and Sachi Ezura have again put together an all-star line-up of up and coming comedy writers and performers who have been tasked with presenting the first jokes they have written in the new year. It is raw and hilarious. This year’s line-up is another eclectic mixture of comics you may never have heard of, comics you will see more of in the future, and some well established comedy stars, including two cast members of Saturday Night Live.
